Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi - Shimla
Upon arrival at Delhi Railway Station/Airport, you will be greeted by our driver/representative who will transfer you to Shimla (approx. 8-hour journey). Check-in at your hotel in Shimla for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Shimla - Kufri - Shimla & Shimla Local
After breakfast, we will take you to Kufri, one of Shimla’s most famous tourist spots. Enjoy activities such as horse riding and fun rides (at your own cost), and explore nearby attractions like Green Valley and Fagu. Spend the day soaking in the beauty of nature. Return to your hotel in Shimla for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Shimla – Manali
After breakfast, depart for Manali, with sightseeing stops en route at locations like Sundernagar Lake and Pandoh Dam. Check in at your hotel in Manali for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Manali – Solang Valley – Manali
After breakfast, head to Solang Valley, just 13 km from Manali. Known for its breathtaking views of glaciers, snow-capped peaks, and fine ski slopes, Solang offers various activities like skiing, paragliding, zorbing, horse riding, and snowmobiling. Enjoy the rest of the day exploring this beautiful valley. Overnight stay in Manali.

Day 5: Manali Local Sightseeing
Post breakfast, enjoy local sightseeing in Manali. Visit the Hadimba Temple, known for its spiritual significance, and the Club House, which features a roller skating rink, billiards rooms, library, and a restaurant. Explore the Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar, and Vashisht, famous for its hot springs and temples dedicated to sage Vashisth and Lord Rama. Overnight stay at your hotel in Manali.

Day 6: Manali – Dharamshala
After breakfast, drive to McLeodganj (Dharamshala). Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and enjoy an overnight stay.

Day 7: Dharamshala – Dalhousie
After breakfast, embark on a city tour of Dharamshala, visiting Naddi Lake and Village, Bhagsu Nag Temple, Church of St. John, HPCA Cricket Stadium, and McLeodganj. In the afternoon, travel to Dalhousie for an overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 8: Dalhousie – Khajjiar – Dalhousie
After breakfast, enjoy a full day of sightseeing. Visit Subash Bowli, then head to Khajjiar, often referred to as “India’s Switzerland.” Surrounded by thick deodar forests, this picturesque glade features a 12th-century temple dedicated to Khajji Nag, with wooden images of the five Pandav brothers. After returning from Khajjiar, spend the evening at Mall Road. Overnight stay in Dalhousie.

Day 9: Dalhousie – Delhi Departure

After breakfast, depart for Delhi. The journey will take approximately 15 hours. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at the Railway Station/Airport, bringing your memorable journey with Himalayan Nest Explorations to an end.
